Andres began his career at Sun Capital Partners, followed by J.P Morgan before founding Fanjul Capital. He is also a shareholder of Fanjul Corp. which is comprised of Domino Sugar, Florida Crystals, C&H Sugar, Redpath Sugar, former Tate & Lyle sugar companies, American Sugar Refining, La Romana Airport International Airport, and Casa de Campo Resort. He sits on the board of AE Global, TruStar, and Global Empowerment Mission.
