Felicia Marquez is a founding board member and currently serves as Global Empowerment Mission Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees. She brings over a decade of development experience and institutional structure to the organization. Felicia has a proven track record in generating multi-million dollar funding programs through memberships, strategic sponsorships, and events. She and her husband, Kiko Baixauli, are involved in the local Miami community and strive to bring awareness to the organization on a global level.
