Dr. Murali Doraiswamy is a professor at Duke University where is the director of the neurocognitive disorders program and a leading physician-scientist in the area of brain health, cognitive neuroscience and mind-body medicine. He is a member of the Duke Institute for brain sciences which seeks to explore how brain science can help address some of society’s major challenges. Murali also serves as a senior fellow at the Duke center for the study of aging and human development. He has been an advisor to leading government agencies, advocacy groups and businesses, and received many awards including special congressional recognition for services to the community. Murali is a co-author of a popular book, The Alzheimer’s Action Plan. He is a brain health advisor for Men’s Health Magazine, AARP Magazine, and serves on the Wall Street Journal’s panel of health experts.
