#BStrong in partnership with Global Empowerment Mission is now mobilizing to assist non-insured small business owners who have suffered due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and recent civil unrest.
Phase 1: Disaster Relief By September 12th, 2001 GEM founder, Michael Capponi, along with Miami Beach Mayor Neisen Kasdin, organized a month-long, citywide effort where local businesses donated partial proceeds of their income to the American Red Cross. These donations went to the immediate aid of victims affected by the events of September 11.
