 
															Andres Asion is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over 25 years of experience shaping South Florida’s real estate and development landscape.
As the founder and principal of Miami Real Estate Group, Andres has been instrumental in leading sales for some of the region’s most iconic condominium developments, contributing to more than $10 billion in total sales across 45 major towers throughout his career — including projects completed while serving as Vice President of Development Sales at Cervera Real Estate and Fortune International Group.
His expertise spans residential development, project positioning, and amenity strategy, providing deep insight into what drives value for property owners, developers, and residents alike.
Beyond his professional success, Andres is deeply committed to philanthropy and community development. He currently serves as:
• Chair, Miami Beach Chamber Education Foundation – The non-profit arm of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to supporting local schools, students, and educational programs across the city.
• Advisory Board Member, Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) – Supporting international disaster relief and recovery efforts focused on efficiency, dignity, and long-term impact.
• Board Member, Overtown Youth Center (OYC-Miami) – Advocating for educational and economic opportunities in underserved communities.
Through the Andres Asion Foundation, he leads initiatives that address food insecurity, education, and provide support to families in need — including raising over $4.5 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and funding a $2 million professional culinary center at Miami Beach Senior High School.
Previously, Andres served in several civic leadership roles, including:
• Former Vice Chair, City of Miami Beach Board of Adjustment – Oversaw zoning and land use appeals for one of the nation’s most dynamic real estate markets.
• Former Board Member, Miami Beach Convention Center Advisory Board – Contributed to the $620 million redevelopment of a global destination for conventions and tourism.
• Former Board Member, City of Miami Beautification Committee – Advised on projects to elevate public spaces and neighborhood value.
