Phase 1: Immediate Response

Spokane County, Washington is presently being affected by its largest natural disaster in history with the Old Trails, Fairview, and Autumn Lane Fires destroying thousands of acres of land. Over 700 structures have been lost to the fires, with hundreds of residents losing their homes, businesses, and schools. Tens of thousands of residents have been evacuated, and the fires still continue to spread due to the dry conditions and winds. GEM’s USA West branch is on the ground in Spokane County providing support to those affected with immediate need supplies and assistance.

Venezuela Earthquakes

Venezuela
On the evening of June 24th, back-to-back earthquakes struck Venezuela, with a 7.1 magnitude quake followed roughly a minute later by an even stronger 7.5 magnitude quake, centered just west of the capital. Buildings have collapsed across Caracas, where rescue crews are searching for survivors.

Philippines Earthquake 2026

Early June 8th, The Philippines most populous island of Mindanao was struck by a 7.8 magnitude quake. Immediately, infrastructure was severely damaged and tsunami warnings were put in place for the region.

Lebanon Crisis
