GEM is presently on the ground in Enid, Oklahoma where a massive tornado destroyed over 40 homes and tore through neighbourhoods. Considered the strongest tornado of the year, so far, the storm has caused disruptions to power and water systems and to the Vance Air Force Base.

GEM has begun ground assessments in the Gray Ridge Ranch community to best assist those who have lost their homes from this storm.
