Alison is a South Florida Luxury real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. She is originally from Philadelphia and has lived over half of her life as a South Floridian. Alison graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. She spent over a decade in the entertainment & hospitality industry in Miami Beach, Manhattan and the Hamptons while transitioning her career into real estate in Miami Beach in 2003. She got married to Dave Warren in 2010, a meteorologist for CBS 4 in Miami. He has been delivering daily weathercasts for close to 20 years and has covered a number of catastrophic weather events throughout his career. The devastating wildfires of 2000 while he worked in Missoula Montana, Hurricane Sandy slamming into the Mid-Atlantic while he was in Philadelphia, and Hurricanes Irma and Maria since he has been in Miami. Together they have seen the preparation, impact, and aftermath of these catastrophic weather events through the coverage he provides. Alison’s heart has always been for helping others especially those who are desperately in need. She has been close friends with Michael Capponi for the past 20 years. During that time she has seen his devotion to helping others throughout the world and looks forward to the opportunity to bring what she has to offer to the mission.
