Fase 1:

Soccorso in caso di disastri

Global Empowerment Mission ha risposto nella prima fase, quella dei soccorsi, fornendo una risposta immediata.

Il GEM aveva le sue squadre di valutazione sul terreno entro due giorni dal disastro. Con l'aiuto di una guardia carceraria della Carolina del Nord, la squadra del GEM e i volontari della Terza Onda sono arrivati a Fayetteville e hanno valutato tre rifugi:

Il rifugio True Vine Ministries con il pastore Ernest Jones e il direttore Chad Beasley
Il direttore del rifugio Pinetree
Il rifugio Mana Church

Il giorno 2, GEM e la squadra di volontari di Third Wave guidata da Alison Thompson si sono uniti ai soccorsi locali con la Marina Cajun e hanno condotto missioni di ricerca e salvataggio.

Il terzo giorno, 40.000 dollari in carte regalo sono stati distribuiti al rifugio Manna Church e al rifugio Pine Forest di Fayetteville insieme a giocattoli, cibo per animali, cibo, acqua e prodotti per l'igiene che sono stati gentilmente donati da Bethenny Frankel e Bstrong.

Hurricane Hilary made landfall in Baja California, Mexico on August 20th, bringing in extremely heavy rains. The flooding resulting from this rain destroyed roads and damaged infrastructure

Esplosione della diga di Kakhovka

Il 6 giugno, nella regione di Kherson, la diga di Nova Kakhovka è stata presa di mira e violata da attacchi nemici. La diga ha un volume d'acqua di 18.000.000 m³ e la sua distruzione ha provocato un grave impatto sugli 80 insediamenti vicini.
