Over the weekend, GEM volunteers spent hours loading supplies — everything from food to hygiene kits — into trucks bound for Texas.

Its founder, Michael Capponi, joins “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” to discuss what the organization is doing. “It’s a much bigger disaster than what most of America thinks, I believe,” Capponi says.
