재난 구호

Global Empowerment Mission은 모잠비크의 열대 사이클론에 가장 큰 영향을받는 사람들에게 정수 시스템을 제공함으로써 첫 번째 단계 인 재난 구호에 대응했습니다.

파괴적인 폭풍은 치명적인 피해를 입혔고, 모잠비크, 짐바브웨, 말라위에서는 인도주의적 위기가 발생하여 1,300명 이상이 사망하고 더 많은 실종자가 발생했다.

Global Empowerment Mission은 LDCN (Local Development Catalyst Network)과 협력하여 지역 보건소, 마을 지도자 및 학교에 정수 시스템을 제공하여 더 많은 질병이 확산 될 가능성을 줄였습니다.

재해 발생 후 10 일 후에 근거
늪지, 강 및 잔디밭을 통해 한 톤 이상의 원조와 함께 수 마일을 걸었습니다.
30 명이 넘는 마을 사람들이 외딴 마을에 보급품을 가져 오는 것을 도왔습니다.

Lebanon Crisis

The GEM MENA team, alongside our partners HCI & ONSUR, is presently on the ground in Tyre (Soor), Lebanon supporting displaced families and individuals. The ongoing conflict and crisis in Lebanon has left roughly 80% of the population in poverty.

Oklahoma Tornado

GEM is presently on the ground in Enid, Oklahoma where a massive tornado destroyed over 40 homes and tore through neighbourhoods. Considered the strongest tornado of the year, so far, the storm has caused disruptions to power and water systems and to the Vance Air Force Base.

Multiple wildfires are currently burning throughout the state of Georgia, with containment efforts stalled due to dry conditions and high winds. The fires have destroyed dozens of homes, forced evacuations in many communities, and put +1,000 more structures at risk.
