Greenwald’s early career included over a decade as the Founder and Managing Director of a leading derivatives market making firm on the floors of several major futures exchanges and OTC markets, including a successful joint venture with Elders IXL, which was, at the time, one of Australia’s largest natural resource companies. He has been a member and/or active trader on the CME, NYMEX, COMEX, CSC, NYCE and the NYFE Exchanges. Following a successful tenure in trading and fintech related businesses, Greenwald became an active venture capitalist, with a focus on communications and cloud based transactional platforms. This Wall Street-based background has enabled him to proactively manage portfolio assets and introduce new technology innovations.
Greenwald earned a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University, where his academic concentration was in finance, and a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from Ithaca College. Community affiliations include the American Technion Society, an affiliate of one of Israel’s leading universities, and several other not-for-profit educational initiatives.
Greenwald’s colleagues have called him “dedicated, resourceful and high-caliber,” and these values continue to drive his management strategies within Core Asset Group, Tinian Systems, IC Formulations, GREENPOWER WTE and TGFIF. Greenwald resides in Miami, FL with his teenage daughter.
